Best Flower Baths in Ubud
The lush jungle town of Ubud is Bali’s spa central and it’s honestly the most relaxing place on earth. Ubud is one of my personal fave spots on the island. It’s extremely walkable, and there’s tons of other things to do in the area including the Monkey Forest Sanctuary, touring the rice fields and coffee plantations, and temple-hopping. There are honestly too many spas there to count, but here are my personal faves, plus a few others that come highly rated. Read on for where to get a flower bath in Ubud!
Puri Gangga Resort Flower Bath
Puri Gangga is one of my personal favorites for flower baths in Bali because of the surrounding scenery! The bath itself is stunning, but the room opens out to this lovely, relaxing jungle/garden. My massage and bath were relaxing AF and the complimentary tea was delicious and equally soothing. This one’s a great mid-range option as the hotel and spa services are CRAZY good value for money.

The Udaya Flower Bath
The Udaya flower baths are, by far, the most elaborate you’ll find anywhere in Bali. The flower arrangements always feature crazy combinations of petals and colors – you won’t find another bath this intricate anywhere on the island 😍The hotel also has a VERY nice pool, and they do floating breakfasts too if impractical but photogenic food is your thing 😉 This is probably the prettiest flower bath in Bali!
»PHOTO TIP: To avoid disturbing the flowers, just climb in on the far side of the bath VERY GENTLY and disturb the water as little as possible. Get in one leg at a time to make the smallest gap in the flowers.

Karsa Spa Flower Bath
Karsa Spa is (with good reason) the most popular spot for flower baths in Bali. The spa is absolutely STUNNING – it’s set smack in the middle of the Ubud rice fields and is modeled on a traditional Balinese temple. It’s the most relaxing place I’ve ever been. I got the best massage of my life here, then soaked in a stone tub decorated with literal hundreds of vibrant flower petals while sipping herbal tea. Absolute bliss.
» TIP: Karsa Spa is extremely popular and often booked a month+ in advance. Book ASAP to ensure they have availability! I recommend the Balinese massage + flower bath combo, it’s to DIE FOR.

Prettiest Flower Bath in Bali
This next Bali flower bath gets a category all its own because it is truly NEXT LEVEL. And I can tell you with confidence that this is by far the best view you’ll get in any spa in Bali, or probably anywhere in the world. You’ll have to make a bit of a trek to get there (a couple of hours taxi from Ngurah Rai airport) … but you’ll be rewarded with this.

Wapa Di Ume Sidemen Flower Bath
Guests at the hotel can arrange a massage/body scrub + flower bath at the spa (first photo). The large stone tub is set overlooking the rice paddies and mountainside, and it’s outdoors so you can just relax and listen to the wind. The view is absolutely spectacular, and the hotel itself is AMAZING too. You can also arrange a flower bath in your room (second photo).
The 5-star hotel is located in a little eastern village of Bali called Sidemen. As of now, Sidemen sees very few tourists, so it’s a really nice contrast to the hordes of digital nomads + Instagrammers overtaking the rest of Bali. This is beautiful, totally untouched area is expected to see a LOT more tourism over the next few years, so get in while you can!

Where to Get a Flower Bath in Canggu
If you’re based in Canggu, don’t worry — you can still get a flower bath without making your way up to Ubud! This area is super popular with digital nomads and creatives, and some spas nearby offer flower baths. Canggu’s central location also makes it a much more convenient base if you don’t have a lot of time in Bali – you can hit the spa and the beach clubs in the same afternoon. Here’s where to get a flower bath in Canggu.

Theanna Eco Villa and Spa
This beautiful little spa has two rooms with large stone tubs overlooking the jungle. They have a full range of treatments and best of all you can order some bubbly and snacks if you really want to have a luxurious bath. If you’re less single than me, they also have some LOVELY couples packages including a flower bath for two, or a ~romantic~ bubble bath with fondue and a bottle of sparkling (pictured above)! And if you stay at the hotel you can get a flower bath in your room 🙂

Where to Get a Flower Bath in Seminyak
You can also find spas in Seminyak, Bali’s ritzy district full of upscale shops and boutique hotels. This is a great area for a treat yo self day – it’s got the best shopping on the island, plus some spots to relax. What these spas might lack in laid-back jungle vibes, they make up for in luxury 🙂 These are all the best spots for a flower bath in Seminyak.

Prana Spa Seminyak
I couldn’t find a photo of their flower bath unfortunately 🙁 But they do offer them, or you can get an herbal bath or vanilla bath if you prefer. And just look at that architecture! Prana Spa is probably the prettiest spa in Bali architecture-wise and definitely the best spa in Seminyak – it was designed to mimic traditional Islamic architecture and you’ll literally feel like you stepped into the Middle East!
